Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Different rules apply to physical products and digital downloads.
Physical products
If you are a consumer purchasing online and have a statutory right to cancel your order, you may notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an applicable legal exception applies.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and returned in a condition consistent with ordinary inspection of the product.
Where a valid cancellation is made, we will refund amounts due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Personalised products
Products made or personalised specifically at your request may not qualify for the usual right of cancellation where an applicable legal exception applies.
This may include, for example, a book containing a personalised dedication requested by the customer.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at projects@beigerenegade.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where helpful.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
Digital downloads
Our digital guides and maps are supplied as digital content and are normally made available for download shortly after purchase.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, you may be asked before receiving immediate access to:
- expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and
- acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.
Once the download or other supply of the digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, the purchase is generally not eligible for cancellation merely because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect any rights you may have where digital content is faulty, inaccessible, misdescribed or otherwise not supplied in conformity with applicable law.

Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued by us.
