1. Products
We sell products including books, digital Paris guides and maps, photographic prints and other related products.
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may nevertheless vary slightly according to screens, printing processes and materials.
Product availability may change without notice.
2. Digital products
Products identified as digital downloads are supplied electronically and no physical copy will be shipped.
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, share publicly or commercially exploit a digital product without prior written permission.
Where immediate digital delivery is requested, the specific rules concerning consent and withdrawal described in our Return & Refund Policy apply.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency made available to you through the website.
Applicable taxes may be included in, added to or calculated from the displayed price depending on your location and applicable law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international shipments, customs duties and import charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or fulfilled, subject to applicable law and the checkout process used by the website.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- payment has not been authorised;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
- we are unable to deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, amounts due will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
We do not independently store full payment-card details where payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
6. Delivery
Physical orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
7. Personalised orders
Where we offer personalisation, including signed or dedicated books, you are responsible for providing the correct wording, names and spelling.
We may decline wording that is unlawful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
Once personalised production has begun, cancellation rights may be restricted where permitted by applicable law.
8. Returns and cancellations
Your rights to cancel, return goods or request a refund are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the website and our original books, photography, text, maps, illustrations, guides and digital products remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.
10. Permitted personal use
Digital products purchased from the website may be downloaded and used for your own personal purposes.
You may print a reasonable number of copies of a purchased digital map or guide for your personal use where the product is designed to permit printing.
You may not reproduce or distribute copies for other people, businesses or commercial organisations without written permission.
11. Website information and Paris recommendations
Editorial content, recommendations, addresses, prices, opening hours and other information about third-party businesses are provided in good faith and may change after publication.
Restaurants, cafés, shops, museums and other third-party businesses operate independently from us.

You should verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant business where necessary.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from your reliance on third-party information that has subsequently changed.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to products that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise not supplied as legally required.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
